AI points are deducted according to the model used and the resources a task consumes. - Basic tasks use the Basic AI Model and consume fewer points. More advanced survey tasks use the Professional or Expert AI Model and consume more points. - Each task is charged for actual usage, rounded up to a whole point, with a minimum charge of one point. WeJot calculates this automatically.

Yes. You can upgrade by paying the difference. - Within the same plan: Move to a higher usage tier at any time. We add the difference in resources between the two tiers and keep your existing unused resources. - From Professional to Premium: Your new plan starts a fresh one-year term, and the upgrade price takes the remaining value of your current plan into account. For example, you can upgrade after using six months of an annual plan. Downgrades to a lower plan or usage tier are currently unavailable.

Unused resources expire at the end of the plan period and do not roll over. Your historical data is not automatically deleted, and your plan does not renew automatically. You decide whether to renew or upgrade. We recommend using your remaining resources or renewing before the plan expires.
